    • First, heat the milk and when it starts to boil add the white chocolate in pieces, lower the heat and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
    • Take the saucepan off the heat for a moment and add the cheese, the curd envelope and the cream and leave it over a very low heat, stirring from time to time until you get a mixture.
    • Spread the cookies on one side with the  Nocilla.
    • Put the cookies on a mold. The base will be the cookie with the Nocilla on top.
    • Finally, alternate layers of chocolate and cookies and put in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

    Note : In this cake you can substitute the cheese for 1 envelope and a half of curd.
