Ingredients:
- 4 large artichokes
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 onion
- 100 grams of serrano ham chopped
- 4 eggs
- 2 glasses of liquid cream (5dl)
- 50 grams of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Way of realization:
- 1.- First, chop the onion and peel the artichokes until the tender part remains. Cut them into 4 pieces and sprinkle them with lemon juice so they don’t turn dark.
