    Ingredients:

    • 4 large artichokes
    • 1 lemon
    • 1/2 onion
    • 100 grams of serrano ham chopped
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 glasses of liquid cream (5dl)
    • 50 grams of grated cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • A pinch of nutmeg (optional)

    Way of realization:

    • 1.- First, chop the onion and peel the artichokes until the tender part remains. Cut them into 4 pieces and sprinkle them with lemon juice so they don’t turn dark.

    • 10 artichoke hearts
    • 1/2 liter of semi-skimmed milk
    • 100 grams of grated low-calorie cheese
    • Ground black pepper to taste
    • A pinch of nutmeg (optional)

    Way of realization:

    • 1.-First, beat the eggs with the milk and also the grated cheese.
    • 2.-Then add the artichokes and spices.
    • 3.-Pour into special individual microwave oven flats. Cover them with film. Pierce the film.
    • 4.-Then put in the microwave for 7-8 minutes at high power.
