  • 2 large onions
  • 225 grams of flour
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 45 ml oil
  • Sliced ​​mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper and oregano

Proceed to wash the potatoes very well, it is preferable that you do it with a little warm water, to avoid having to peel them. Cut them into small cubes and fry them in hot oil. When they are starting to brown, remove them from the oil and leave them on a disposable napkin, to remove excess fat, reserve them in a container for later.

Peel and cut the onions into slices or julienne. Meanwhile, melt the two tablespoons of butter in a pan. Add the onion and sugar, stir to dissolve the sugar a little and let them cook for a few minutes, until the onion takes a caramel color, once it has the texture you need, remove it from the heat and let it rest.

In a deep bowl, beat the egg until well scrambled, add the milk and oil, continue mixing until all the ingredients have been completely combined. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
